v3.0 — out now

Eyes on the clock.
Hands on the bar.

A high-visibility workout timer for CrossFit, Hyrox, and functional fitness — built to read like the gym clock on the wall, from the back of the box.

iOS · iPadOS · watchOS No ads, no tracking v2.5.1 → v3.0
// Four timers, one app

Every WOD style, on the same screen.

Set up your interval in seconds. Mount your phone to a tripod, prop the iPad on a plate, or AirPlay it to the gym TV — the display scales so the back row can still read it.

// For time

Count Up

Counts up from zero with a duration cap. Tracks elapsed time during "for time" WODs.

// AMRAP

Count Down

Down from any duration, with a 10-second countdown and 3+1 beep before each round.

// EMOM / HIIT

Intervals

EMOM rounds or Hi/Lo work-and-rest. Configure rounds, work and rest separately.

// Tabata

Tabata

Classic 20s on / 10s off. Pick your sets — the app does the math (8 sets = 4 min).

// The v3.0 redesign

Familiar where it counts. New where it matters.

A full SwiftUI rebuild on iOS 26 with modern system components, a refined light theme, and the same readable LED clock that's been on the wall since 2016.

// FAQ

Quick answers.

Does v3.0 still work on my iPad?
v3.0 supports iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 and up. The classic dark theme is still there, with the new light theme as a modern alternative.
Can I use it for Hyrox or general HIIT?
Absolutely. Intervals (Hi/Lo) are tuned for any work/rest pattern — sled pushes, ergs, sprints, kettlebell flows. Tabata mode covers the classic 20/10. Count Up handles a Hyrox-style fixed total time.
Will it save workouts to Apple Health?
Yes. New in v3.0: opt in once and finished workouts log to the Health app and contribute to your Activity rings. You can change this any time in Settings.
Do you collect any data?
No. No analytics, no third-party SDKs, no internet required. Settings live on-device. Health data, when enabled, stays in your Health app.
